A big city with very different yards
Framingham is large enough that a project in one village looks nothing like a project in another. North Framingham includes Saxonville, the old mill village on the Sudbury River near the Upper Pond of Lake Cochituate, plus Pinefield, Nobscot, Ridgefield and Framingham Centre, home to Framingham State University. South Framingham covers Downtown, Coburnville, Lakeville and the Salem End Road area, where lots are smaller and houses sit closer together.
In Nobscot, homes sit near the base of Nobscot Mountain, close to Callahan State Park and Garden in the Woods, and many lots have slopes, ledge and mature trees. Downtown and Coburnville have compact yards with older foundations, shared driveways and front steps right on the sidewalk. Each setting needs a different plan, and we quote each one on its own.
