Exterior work that closes out the build
The last weeks of a new build are full of exterior items that hold up the final walkthrough: the front walk and steps, the retaining wall at the driveway, the dry well for the roof leaders, the bulkhead or egress well. We handle those as one package so you are not chasing three different subs.
We build on a compacted base sized for New England frost, keep water away from the new foundation, and leave grades ready for loam and seed.
Post-construction cleaning before closing
When the trades leave, the house still carries a layer of fine dust, stickers on the windows, paint and grout haze, and debris in every closet. Our post-construction cleaning takes the house from job site to move-in condition: floors, windows and glass, cabinets, trim, fixtures and light debris removal.
It is the same crew and the same standard as our exterior work, so the house your buyer walks into looks as finished as the walkway in front of it.
How we work next to your other trades
We show up when scheduled, keep our materials staged and the site organized, and clean our area at the end of each day. If something on site changes the plan, you hear it from us right away, not at the end of the job.
